Servers have been updated

We had a short downtime of 1 hour to upgrade our servers to the latest available version. This keeps our servers secure and performant.

Failed sync email reports blocked

For the past days failed import or failed tracking sync reports got blocked by our mail service provider, this prevented us from letting you know if anything failed to import.

We have fixed this issue, and reports will send as normal again.

Issue with amazon connection

In the previous night (June 10 2026) there was an issue with fetching new tokens from Amazon. This lead to Amazon connections to be deactivated in our app, we are currently restoring the connections for all stores, and making sure everything was the way it was before the issue occurred.

Update: issue with manually linked products — resolved

On June 10th, an issue with Amazon connections in our app caused a number of manually linked products to lose their product links. As a result, some products were temporarily disconnected from their marketplace listings, which could have affected stock and order syncing for those items.

Once we identified the problem, we restored the affected product links from a backup taken just before the issue occurred. The fix has been applied, and the vast majority of affected products are now linked again exactly as they were before.

What we ask of you: if you have ever linked products manually in the app, we encourage you to take a moment and verify that your products are still linked correctly. In most cases everything will be back to normal, but because some links were created or changed around the time of the issue, a small number of products may need to be re-linked by hand.

If you find a product that is not linked correctly, you can simply re-link it in the app. If anything looks off or you have questions, please reach out to our support team, we’re happy to help.

We’re sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. We’ve also taken steps to prevent this from happening again.

Get Alerted When Tracking Issues Occur

Keeping tracking information in sync between your marketplaces and Shopify is critical for customer satisfaction, and we know how quickly a missing or unsynced tracking number can snowball into support tickets, or marketplace strikes. That’s why we’ve added a brand new alert option to Market Sync to give you an early warning when something goes wrong.

New tracking issue alerts

Head over to the Alert Settings tab in your Market Sync dashboard and you’ll find a new option called “Has tracking issue”. Once enabled, Market Sync will check your orders every 2 hours and email you a concise summary whenever a tracking problem is detected in the last 2 hours, so you can jump in before your customers notice.

Two criteria you can configure

You decide what counts as a “tracking issue” by tuning two thresholds:

No tracking received after: choose between 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 or 7 days. This triggers an alert when an order still has no tracking number after the selected number of days.

Tracking received but not synced after: choose between 3, 4, 5 or 6 hours. This triggers an alert when a marketplace tracking number has been received but still hasn’t made it through to Shopify after the selected number of hours.

Pick thresholds that match your fulfilment pace: shops shipping same-day may want the tightest settings, while others may prefer a more relaxed heads-up.

What the email looks like

When an issue is detected, Market Sync sends a clean overview grouped by integration, listing the affected orders under “Orders with no tracking” and “Orders with tracking not synced”, each linking directly to the order so you can resolve it in a click. Multiple recipients are supported too — just separate e-mail addresses with a semicolon in the Alert Settings tab.

Enable the new “Has tracking issue” alert today from the Alert Settings tab and stay one step ahead of tracking problems.

Price Sync Now Supported for Bol, Amazon and Cdiscount

We are happy to announce that Market Sync now supports price synchronisation for three major marketplaces: Bol, Amazon, and Cdiscount.

With this update, any price changes you make in your Shopify store are automatically synced to your connected marketplace listings. This means you no longer have to update prices manually on each platform — Market Sync handles it for you.

Support for additional marketplaces will be added soon.

How to enable price sync

Price sync can be enabled per marketplace in the connection settings. Simply open the settings for your Bol, Amazon, or Cdiscount connection and toggle on price synchronisation.

You can add a markup (in percentage or fixed amount).

The product page will show the inventory log and price log for updates.

The price history in the products tab will show all recent price updates.

Improved Bundle Price Handling in Market Sync

We have improved the way Market Sync handles bundle pricing when syncing orders to Shopify.

Previously, when a bundle order was imported into Shopify, we added each individual bundle item as a separate line item with a price of €0.00, and included an additional bundle-price line item carrying the total bundle price. While functional, this approach caused problems for fulfillment integrations and accounting systems, as the zero-priced items were not handled correctly by these tools.

With this update, Market Sync now calculates the price of each individual bundle item based on the proportional price distribution defined in Shopify. Each item receives its correct share of the total bundle price, resulting in accurate line item pricing across the entire order. The separate bundle-price line item is no longer added.

This improvement ensures better compatibility with fulfillment integrations and accounting tools that rely on accurate per-item pricing.

You can enable this new feature in the connection settings. If you uncheck this option, the old way will be used.

Import marketplace order by Order Number

If you are looking to import a specific order by their marketplace order number, you can do this from the orders page:

Click import order by id

Select the marketplace connection from where the order needs to be imported, enter the order number, then click check order.

If we can find the order, you can now click import order, and the order will be imported.

Sync Cancellations from marketplaces

Synchronize order cancellations from marketplaces to Shopify. This feature is currently only supported for: Amazon, Bol, and Allegro.

If you want to automatically have your orders in Shopify cancelled if an order gets cancelled in a marketplace, enable this setting.

If you select unfulfilled state only, the Shopify order will only get cancelled if the order is not fulfilled in Shopify yet.

If you select all states, the fulfilment will get removed, and the order will get cancelled.
